Discovery & Brief

Week 1

We ask the hard questions first: what does your audience actually do on the day of activation? What's the budget really for? What are we replacing? No design work starts until we agree on what we're actually solving.

Concept & Design

Weeks 2–4

Spatial UX blueprints, interaction flows, and narrative architecture. You see the full vision before a single line of code — usually in under two weeks. Revisions built into the sprint.

Prototype

Weeks 4–8

A working, testable build your team can hold in their hands. Prototypes surface the real issues fast — and build team confidence before the stakes get high.
